TALENT. SORTED. is an upcoming jobs platform for the UK creative industries. This Site is currently a pre-launch page that allows companies and creative professionals to register their interest and receive updates. Features, pricing and availability described here are indicative and may change before launch.

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when you register.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission to act on behalf of a company.
• Registering your interest does not guarantee access to the platform, a job, or the listing of a role once TALENT. SORTED. launches.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose
• Submit false, misleading or another person’s details without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems or data
• Introduce viruses or any other malicious or harmful material
• Copy, scrape or reproduce content from the Site without our permission

All content on the Site — including the TALENT. SORTED. and Bloom with G names, logos, branding, text, graphics and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services (for example, our booking calendar). We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those third parties, and any use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

We aim to keep the Site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Site at any time without notice.

The Site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
