We process your data on the basis of your consent (which you give by submitting the registration form) and our legitimate interests in developing and launching TALENT. SORTED. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

We keep your registration details only for as long as needed to launch the platform and keep you informed, after which they will be deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to remove your details sooner at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us operate the website and store data securely (for example, our hosting and analytics providers), and only where necessary. Where any provider is based outside the UK, we take steps to ensure your data remains protected.
